Finding the product
A lot of sourcing falls over because the description is too vague for anyone to price. Send us what you actually need, and how many. We take it to suppliers, ask the awkward questions, and come back with something you can say yes or no to.
What we take off you
We make the approach. Specification, quantity, packing, price: that conversation goes through us, so you are not chasing three people for the same answer.
When there is a real offer, you get it in writing. What the product is, how many they can do, and the terms. Take it, ask for a change, or leave it. We do not move until you have.
If those goods also need shipping, say so in the same email. We can pick up the documents, the freight, and delivery from there, and you will not have to explain the order all over again to someone else.
What to include
The more precise you are, the faster we can tell you if it is findable.
- What it is, in enough detail for a supplier to know you mean that and not the thing next to it
- How many
- Where you would like it to come from, if you care
- Where it needs to end up
- When you need it, even if the date is approximate
